I've worked with exchange students as well, there are some great programmes! We had one girl from Argentina whose ancestors came from the Vaud/Wallis region (she still had the last name) and she did some research on them as well. Let me know when your daughter ever comes to Switzerland, I might be able to give her a few pointers (and we also have a sofa bed, just in case! )!

I haven't sewn any garments in years. But that's ok, I don't really follow patterns anyway, I enjoy to make them up myself!
