Default "Spring Pansy" quilt at long last finished!

I started this earlier last year and it has been tossed aside so many times but today I put in an effort and got the binding done, which I am very pleased with. I normally machine sew my bindings as I make quilts that are made to be used, a lot go to charities like Project Linus so the need to be ready for tough wear and laundering.

This was a nice freebie pattern from Marcus fabrics, http://www.marcusfabrics.com/cgi-bin...6#.U-DRx-NdWSp and what was great the fabrics were all small amounts so it made a hole in my stash without having to buy anything. The back was made by using just a yard of quilt back, stretched by some "Till Roll" border strips etc. all in all a nice cheap and cheery quilt, BTW instead of doing my normal Blanket stitch for the binding I used the Greek key and was really pleased with the result.
