She presumes the first no relates to the hours the machine has been on and the second, to the hours working. I've just tried it on my upgraded 11000 and it works! My numbers are similar to hers - Power2815 Drive 263. Like me, she does a lot of paper piecing which doesn't involve continuous sewing. I would think that if this info is on the upgraded 11000, it will also be on the 12000. Don't know if that's any help?!
