I met the author of this book at Quilt Market in '94. The book is called Quilt Restoration A Practical Guide by Camille Dalphond Cognac. Her book covers the decision to save or not to with options when not to save as a quilt. She gives the reader a number of options on how to repair the quilt. I have never regretted having this book in my library. You might be able to find a copy on the secondary market such as eBay.
