Thank you for this! My little 9 month old granddaughter is going to visit me for 2 weeks, with her parents of course! I can't wait to make a new dress for her. I love panties (diaper covers) with ruffles too so this will be perfect. See it just proves that the universe provides us with what we need. I need to sew cute little dresses instead of a quilt.
