I LOVE my Juki 2010 too! I bought it sight unseen in March 2013 based on reviews I read here. It's been perfect right out of the box. I never fuss with the tension. It likes just about any thread I've tried. It's fast and the stitches are nice and straight. Nice size harp. I highly recommend it.
