1) mirror print the blockfor people using the software.
2) for people using the book you'll have to trace the pattern in reverse. you can tape it to a window with the back facing you and then just trace.
otherwise, this is a fairly straight forward block to put together - its just a lot of pieces.
i used variation #1 from the software because the outer edges are slightly wider and i feel a little less bulky.
