Best thing I have found is O'Keeffe's Working Hands. I buy it at either Lowe's or Home Depot. Look for a small green plastic tub. It is not greasy at all and is absolutely amazing for my cracked VERY dry skin. So good, normally I only have to apply it once every few days. :)
