I had this problem, thought it was my laptop. I sent them an email and Craftsy told me to turn off the HD option on their screen. I did and no more problems. When you are watching the video there are symbols on the bottom of the screen, one is HD, click that off. That fixed the problems I was having. You can email them about your problem and Craftsy will respond.
