No One will laugh at your question, as we have all had that question on our minds at one time or another. Rice bags are heated in the microwave to use on sore or strained muscles. My young grand daughter has lived with muscle cramps, at night, for most of her life, so I make them for her & the rest of my family. They are so nice to have on hand.
