I remember my girlfriend's Gramma saying "Oh, I can't wear THAT! It's much too nice!" lol I like more a woman I saw on a talkshow once, who had been a bridesmaid several times. She decided that since she had paid good money for those dresses, she was going to wear them no matter what! So she & her friends started wearing all those "ugly" bridesmaid dresses to the grocery store, etc!
I was finding myself not using fabrics I had bought because they were "too cool to cut up"! Not any more! Go for it! Rotary cutters to the ready!
