Do you have any pictures of her? Maybe with you and/or any of her friends? Maybe you could make a small "book" of pictures, with a fun thing that the picture depicted, described by you and her friends. Or stories like bearisgray suggested: Something Mom told them about her, an accomplishment, engagement, how proud she was when ....... happened, etc.
