I sweated down fresh chopped celery, minced garlic (very small amount),
and chopped red onion with some butter and olive oil.
When those was finished I added in the cubed chicken cooked until done,
than added in my cream of chicken soup, cream of potato soup, 1 cup water
1 cup milk, 1 package (about 1-1/2 cups) frozen mixed veggies.
It has been simmering for about 1 hour and just turned off the heat. I am
using a Pillsbury Pie Crust all ready made and will use just one and make
it kind of like a "calzone" (just fold crust in half over filling).
I have to meet my daughter and baby daddy at the Dr. office today so this
will be ready to pop into the over soon as I get home.
