I made this quilt just to use my stash....and these leftover dresdens from another project.
I decided to make a sampler of different quilting designs in the background. Which was really fun to quilt.
That is my favorite type of quilt because each new square presents a new opportunity. Blank canvas.
After the quilt was finished I added lace and little embellishments to the center of the dresdens because I wasn't crazy about the ric-rac.
