To make the circles I have first drawn the circle on fusible facing and then add a 1/4 inch. I sew the fusible onto the circle, along the drawn line, with the right sides together and then snip the fusible to turn the circle right side out. The circles come out perfect every time. I am one those people that does not like raw edges.
I use used fabric sheets to do the circles by placing the circle, including the 1/4 " seam allowance right side down, sew the circle, then cut off excess fabric sheet....make a slit in the fabric sheet and turn...a perfect circle every time.
