Accurate cutting and 1/4" seams were the culprits. Blocks aren't perfect, but this is a scrappy quilt. Working with these small half triangle pieces, I have to take it nice and slow. My machine wants to eat up my fabric when I start sewing and my 1/4" seam wants to decrease towards the end. It takes about 53 min. to do one block.
