I have said that same thing many times. Usually referring to the sellers in extreme derogatory terms as well.
It is an electric powered 66 but what dash number is anybodies guess. It's also missing the spool pin and slide plate.
But for the price I'd grab it and refurbish it.
Well .... I would ...... ifn I was closer by maybe 1750 miles.
