Is it a row quilt that has grapevines, a row of trees with stars, a row of houses, etc?
I googled "Vintage Patchwork by Patchwork Plus" and did image searches and I see a quilt that looks like that, but when I tried to go to the site, my work system stopped me saying there's malware on the site.
The site looks like it's oocities.org - sometimes our filter is wrong so that site MIGHT be safe but I'd use extreme caution if you decide to go to it.
