Anael- shows you how much hand work I do. There are the little moleskin-type pieces to use for the hand under the quilt, aren't there? To me, I've tried a thimble a couple times but don't like the bulk. I would go for the stick on dots. And, again, OUCH!
I think I would sew the moleskin pieces to the quilt like I do with my fingers I'm getting used to using a thimble but I had a hard time getting used to it.
