I only buy precuts if they are discounted sufficiently to be somewhat comparative and usually cheaper in price if I bought the fabric off the bolt. What I do like about them, is the variety of coordinated fabrics you get in them that would be difficult to get when buying cuts off the bolt as often the vendors don't carry an entire collection to be able to do that off the bolt.
