If you Google "vintage quilting frame" and then click on "images", you will get lots of photos of old frames. Maybe one of them will be similar to yours.
If you can post a photo of the parts you have, someone may recognize which company it's from, in which case you might be able to get a PDF of the assembly instructions for your particular frame.
