Quilt Lovely!
I think concentric circles would be wonderful. Stitching in the ditch for such a beautiful quilt would be a pity. After putting so much exacting work in the quilt, why cave in at the end? Why pair run-over, worn out shoes with a brand new dress?
You could even do concentric circles AND echo quilting . . . : )
