You've all given me an idea: what do you think of a spiral starting from the center and just growing out? It might be a bit hard to do--it's a queen size quilt and I'm doing it on a DSM. It would get easier as I move outward...ha, ha. Does anyone know how to geometrically draw such a spiral that I could mark on it?
