I don't use it though, I prefer to mark the lines with a pen. I found out that my lines are more accurate and straight when I can simply follow a drawn line.
That was my experience as well, when I tried it on a king size quilt. I ended up using an 8' straight edge my husband hand and marked all the lines with water soluble marker.
