I don't know about a tutorial, but just from looking at it:

The cornerstones are made of a pinwheel block as the middle of an exploding block (is there another name? I only know the one from the MSCQ tutorial! )

The other part you can either make with diamonds cut in half and then add wide background fabric, similar to a flying geese. Or you sew a wide white strip to a coloured smaller one and cut triangles with a 60° angle from it. However, that way you'll have lots of triangles leftover with a dark bottom and a white top (opposite of the one in the quilt), but you can use that for the back of the quilt!
