That is a nice desk in very good condition. It looks large, even though you say it's not as large as you might have hoped. Best of all, it has that platform so that you can use it for a free-arm or convertible machine (I'm thinkin' Kenmore

Rodney, there was a #42 for sale up here for $50 obo. I'll be on the lookout for them since I now know you want one. They came in two styles: curved drawers on the right and flat-faced drawers behind a curved door. Both of mine are the latter style and in the red/black color scheme.
Btw, I always get a kick reading CL ads that advertise a sewing table/cabinet and they something like "Oh, and it still has the machine in it."
