Rodney, sometimes plain water and a light buffing with a rag will also remove sprayed on paint. You may have to touch up the finish afterward but you would probably have to do that anyway.
Just had an after thought. Wouldn't plain ole kerosene remove the stuff but not hurt the shellac or decals?
