Oh Javin, I do feel your pain. I made a quilt top a year ago and despised it. I so understand your feeling of not wanting to waste another minute of your life on it, let alone finish it to donate, etc. This "fugly" top I made was hanging in the sewing room closet until this Spring. I'd take it out every now and then to see if I could reconsider - nope! Finally emailed a pic to a close friend here on QB and asked her if it needed to go to the landfill. She critiqued it. I ripped it apart one afternoon per her suggestion then turned it into two lap quilts using sashing to break up the busyness. Was pleased to finally have positive resolution.
