Did you go to Quiltmaker's website and do a search for which issue the pattern is in?? Sometimes a designer changes the name. I found this site when I Google the pattern name:

This is a block divisible by 4" so changing the pattern should not be too difficult. Make each pieced square the size of 3" finished and you will have a 12" finished block.
