I'm Sheryl and I've technically been a member since the end of June, but with the busy summer that I've had, I've been in lurker mode.
I collect vintage sewing machines and I've learned so much from the folks on that forum, and acquired my latest machine, a Kenmore 117, from another member. (Thank you so much, Carol!

Now that the summer and my busy schedule are both winding down, I've got some sewing projects planned. One of my projects is making a couple of rag quilts for my brand new twin grandsons. I've sewn for years but I've never done any quilting, so I'm looking forward to hanging out a bit and learning some things from all of you!
