A couple of my favorites Holly's Quilt Cabin in Centennial, High Prairie Quilts in Parker, B-Right-On in Brighton just north of Denver oodles of good quilt shop quality fabric and all fabric is $9/yd all the time including batiks except for the wide backing fabric, and minkey type fabric.
