I have a queen with an 18" deep mattress, so I use a 96 x 96 quilt to get
the overhang I need.
I would "see" your sister's bed with a tape measure, or if it's a surprise,
can you find out what brand it is?
(haven't you been, lol, thinking of buying a bed?)
