I looked all through EQ and Blockbase and did not see one similar to your picture.
If it were me, I would do it as an applique. If you want to use it as a pattern, you could take the pic to Office Depot or Staples or some place like that and get it enlarged to the size you want and then just sew directly onto the paper, then tear the paper off after all the pieces are attached. Friends I know are using the Wonderfil DecoBob size 80 thread for their raw edge machine applique, both top & bottom.
