Why don't you just use 3" squares? this makes it 84X90. If you want it bigger, add one or two borders.
Flying geese are twice as wide as they are high. the 2 innermost are correct: 1X2 and 2X4. The ones in the two most outer rings are the wrong proportion. The 3rd row out needs to be an additional square wider so the geese are 4X8. and the final star row needs to be 2 squares wider. The angles you have drawn for these 2 rings will be more difficult to duplicate.
