I just drew the quilt design using EQ7 but the final border need to be 24" wide and the program only allows a maximum of 20". So the final row of HST will look a little wonky.

I started with a 12" center Sawtooth block.
Since that is composed of 3" blocks, then the next row is 6"
The row after that is 12" and the final row is 24"

That should give you a quilt 96" square. Hope this helps you.
