On the MSQ videos she is saying "always press, never iron" as she is rubbing her iron all over the place. I try not to move it too much but it's easier to press a seam to the side with the iron rather than holding it down with my fingers and lowering the iron on top of it.
If I'm just getting rid of wrinkles, I don't care how much I move it.
