I have had a rough week at work, food wise. It is school spirit week.That means food. I think I have pretty much stayed within my WW points so far. TOmorrow is football tailgate food day. Oh my that will be a problem. I love appetizers. I am out of my extra points. I will have to behave myself. I bought myself a fitbit with my birthday money. I have 12 steps so far. I just activated it. I am curious how many steps I do at school on a regular day. Do I need to sync it to my stride length?
I have been drinking my water pretty well this week. I just need to get thru lunch tomorrow. I am going to the Jenny Doan trunk show on Saturday. I can't wait. I doubt that my weight is down this week but hopefully I maintained.
