I'm also not a fan of Windows 8. If you don't have to, don't bother with the 8.1. All it did for me was take away a tool bar I had some favorite sites marked on and never did give it back. GRRR.

It took me all night to figure out it had 8.1 and not 8. I've had xp, vista and no windows but dos and never had the problems
I am having with 8.1. I shut it down and went on my tablet which I hate even more.
