I get cold, too, Penni! I live in the Austin area, so it's not as cold here as it is up in North Texas, but even so, we do have chilly nights. In the winter, he gets too cold with no blanket but too warm with a blanket, so I thought a batting-less quilt might be the perfect solution for him. I sure hope so! I already bought the fabric.

You know, when I first moved to Texas from Wisconsin, I thought it was going to be warm all the time. I moved to the DFW area, and I gave away all of my heavy clothes and coats before heading south. It iced up at least three times that winter! And I didn't have a car. I guess I should've done a little research. LOL
