Thanks to board member eparys for her idea of floating pinwheels for the baby quilt I had to make for a friend's new grandchild. They loved it. Grandma wanted the owl fabric in the quilt but it was dark and too large for the front so I suggested we cut them up a bit and put them on the back with a couple other colors. Plan worked out and I added a soft owl for the new baby who should be arriving any day...we still don't know if it's a girl or boy.
