Beautiful tee shirt quilt. I've made several but my first one (and second one-- still a UFO) turned out very lightweight because I didn't do the fusible interfacing. It was a learning project. I did most of the quilting by hand and then tied in some places. I've been using it almost daily since 1998!! I use poly traditional punched batting. It's soft and comfy; perfect for south Louisiana. The one that I did with interfacing and several more tee shirts (it was 91 x 91) was very heavy so I had to have it LAed. Turned out really nice too, she uses it as a bedspread.
