Yes, they are seventy cents at the post office, but, well worth the money in a case like this. You just attach it and save the receipt or mail it like that to where I can tear it off and save it so we can track it.
It doesn't cost extra with the flat rate envelopes. It comes with it. Did you just pop it in the mail or in at the post office to a clerk?
