I'm thankful my Grandma passed along her love of quilting to me. I'd had surgery and both Grandma and Granny were taking turns staying with me while my husband went back to work. They knew I'd have to have something to keep me busy since I wasn't suppose to do anything for 8 weeks. They've both passed on now and I love cuddling up in the quilt they helped me make. I look at it today and think of how far I've come in my quilting but it's my favorite!!
