I am tickled with my 6600, saved long & hard for it & now yall having me want an 8900, don't think DH will go for it as he has bought me 3 machines just this year. Janome 6600, older Tin Lizzie Long arm, and a White brand antique machine...that I still haven't gotten around to cleaning up. We are also in the process of changing the spare bedroom into a quilting room, so I'd bettwr be happy with what I have for now
