I had to laugh when I saw this topic ... I think we can lump the responses along with questions on Walmart and Joann Fabric vs. LQS Fabrics! As many quilters as there are who read this -- that's how many opinions you'll get.
Harbor Freight blades, IMHO, are hit or miss. Sometimes you'll get one with a little burr on it. However, I've had that with Olfa, too. I pop them into a handheld blade sharpener and 9 times out of 10 they'll be fine after a few turns.
