All the quilts that I see here, seem to have matching fabrics and so do the magazine quilts and also the quilting book scrappy quilts. This frustrates me since I am very bad at colors. Any suggestions? I do want to work with scraps and make some nice items.
I just take pieces out of my scrap bag and after a while if it looks like I need to brighten it up, I reach for yellow or orange or pink... I don't fuss too much with matching anything. You can't match scrap quilts, they just happen!
