I have committed myself to trying new techniques--I want to learn! I must admit, however, that this way of making HSTs is one I don't prefer--the cutting was awkward for me, and I was afraid I would cut myself. Since I'm accurate with the old way, I'll stick with that. On the other hand, I've always been afraid of flying geese, and they worked like a charm! Two lessons learned and one remembered--use pins; don't just try to match things on the fly.
