Default Lady of the Lotus quilt is done! :)

I posted a pic in progress when I had some problems last March w/what turned out to be those pesky 1/4" seams after a couple sections not fitting together. I figured that out after doing an intricate 6" block w/the Sylvia Bridal Sampler group & having the same problem. The pattern is by Diann Logan from her book "Design in Patchwork", 1987. Just took it off my Tin Lizzie Friday nite and got the binding on this weekend. This is my first custom quilting on the longarm. I have only done pantos from the back and at that not many in the last 3+ years since my DH died. I'm back! There are quite a few imperfections (I am a perfectionist hand quilter by nature), but I am so jazzed w/the results anyway. Now it is ready to gift to friends as a surprise wedding gift. They were married quietly last year. He is a tile setter by profession - thus my partner felt the pattern was perfect for them, & even went shopping with me as I selected a few more fabric colors I didn't have in my stash.
