Maybe you could try it on a few scraps? A fellow member reminded us that glue
basting isn't really like spray
basting but more like pin basting in that you don't have to cover the entire surface of the batting with the glue. Just drizzle on in a sort of grid. That is the way I do it and it seems to work great for me. Let us know how it turns out.
