We have Halloween decorations up all year. I love planning costumes for the kids and myself. When I was a kid, there was a lady that gave those of us from the neighborhood 1 lb. candy bars, the rest of the kids got minis. There also was a lady that didn't give out candy but gave everyone a dime.
